A short time ago, we passed our funding goal, which means THEATER OF TERROR will be be in your hands in about two months!

Thank you so much to all the folks who backed the project and shared it with your friends. Making LGBTQ indie comics is a niche space to be in, and we're overjoyed that your showed your support for our strange little anthology.

We've set up our budget so that the majority of the cost covers the printing and shipping, but 35% of our total proceeds after fees and postage goes directly to our creator fund. The extra money we raise will go to boosting their page rates!

We're projecting that we'll have the funds to make our print edition more dazzling by adding a dayglo ink to make Michael Wertz' creepy and fabulous endpapers POP! If we raise significantly more than our goal—$25,000—then we'll be able to give all our print backers a deluxe hardcover limited edition instead of a paperback.

So please continue to spread the word and send people our way.

Thanks again, and long live indie comics!

almost 5 years ago – Mon, Jun 03, 2019 at 07:02:27 AM

We’ve just added a new option for the T-SHIRT bundle... the beautiful Michae Wertz design in BLACK!

So when you back the project and choose the t-shirt reward, you can now have your choice of white or black shirt.

But remember, we can only create this fabulous book and these sickening t-shirts if we reach our funding goal, so please keep spreading the word!

We're blown away!

Thank you so much to everyone who's pledged to make this book happen! We had an amazing first day, and are on track to bring in about 20% of our goal in less than 24 hours.

Justin and Will are busy sharing their knowledge about the world of queer comics at the Queers & Comics Conference in New York City, but expect to hear a lot more from them about the book once they're back home.

We've got a lot of exciting, developing news about the project that we can't wait to share with you!

In the meantime, I wanted to give everyone just a taste of the comics that are in the book. Linked below is a 12-page preview with one page each from a few of the completed stories, with a wealth of diversity of styles and tones:

Thanks again for your support, and please share the campaign wherever you hang out online so we can get the word out.
